She leverages systems thinking, expert facilitation and authenticity to inspire and guide positive change.

She is a certified facilitator of Everything DiSC Workplace, the Intercultural Development Inventory and the TalentTelligent Solutions Suite. Lindsey is professionally trained in Flawless Consulting and Essential Facilitation, and received her BSBA in Marketing and Management from Drake University.
